Duration: Subject to number of participants 

Resources Needed : Area to Setup the poster , Bostik , Pins ,Tables.

Maximum Points : 50 

Participant/s will have to submit a poster on the given following topic and will have to present the same. There will also be a query session where they will need to answer any questions related to their respective poster.


The judges will evaluate the participants’ posters based on the following criteria:

  • 30 % of marks based on visual appeal and composition of the poster.
  • 20 % of marks based on the consistency with the given theme.
  • 20% of the marks based on the effect of the poster.
  • 20 % of marks based on presentation skills.
  • 10 % of marks based on query handling.


      • This is a group (2 students in a group) event.
      • Only 1 group per institution.
      • The size of the poster must be A3 size of the paper (420 mm x 297 mm).
      • The participant can choose any kind/type of the colour/paint.
      • The participant must submit the hard copy of the poster on the day of the event.
      • Participants will be expected to make a 10 minutes presentation and answer any queries related to their respective poster.
      • The participants must only submit original work.


Importance of personal hygiene in daily life


      1. The winner will get 50 points.
      2. The first runner up will get 35 points.
      3. The second runner up will get 15 points.

At the end of the day points from all events will be added up together and the institution which has accumulated maximum points will be awarded a rolling trophy. All the event descriptions are approved by the event management committee. The event management committee has the right to make any changes on the given proposal at any time.
