Equipment Provided: Table for display

Software Provided: Adobe Flash CS6. (The student can being their own laptops also)

Maximum Points: 50

Participant is required to create a unique vase flower arrangement. The arrangement should b show creativity and understanding flowers. Supplies of flowers and equipment will be provided.


Participant/s entry will be judged based on the following aspects:

  1. 10 of marks based on the Design
  2. 10 of marks based on the Balance
  3. 10 of marks based on Harmony
  4. 10 of marks based on the Colour
  5. 10 of marks based on the Neatness


  1. This is an individual event. One participant per institution only.
  2. Arrangement are to be made using the provided fresh flowers
  3. Final arrangement must be placed on the table top.
  4. No paint spraying is allowed in the competition.
  5. Judging will be based on creativity, concept and originality.
  6. Each contestant must work independently and without assistance from anyone.
  7. Organizers reserve the right to use photographs of winner and their artwork for the purpose of advertising and promotions.


THEME: The floral arrangement of about one and half minutes based on fresh flowers to be placed on as a centre piece.


  1. 1. The winner will get 50 points.
  2. The first runner up will get 35 points.
  3. The second runner up will get 15 points.

At the end of the day points from all events will be added up together and the institution which has accumulated maximum points will be awarded a rolling trophy. All the event descriptions are approved by the event management committee. The event management committee has the right to make any changes on the given proposal at any time.
